The main objective of the role is to deliver the regional supply chain strategy in the South for the company's Building & Property Maintenance Division.

Responsible for the management of £200m of subcontractor spend covering maintenance, repairs, and refurbishment works.
Working collaboratively with a portfolio of Local Authorities to service 500,000 homes across the region.
Minimum of 4 years' strategic supply chain experience for any main contractor within the construction or facilities management industries.
Must have a demonstrable track record of successfully delivering supply chain improvements in current and/or previous roles.
You will be a highly resilient individual, with gravitas and the strength of character to ensure strategies are successfully delivered.
