Adam is the Managing Director and Owner of AR Resourcing, he has over 20 years’ experience recruiting procurement and commercial professionals across the construction industries.
Since establishing the company in 2011, Adam has been responsible for all aspects of running the business, he is passionate about delivering an exceptional recruitment service and adding value to his customers and he’s driven to ensure the company achieves its vision of becoming the go-to Procurement and Commercial recruitment specialist across the construction industries.
In addition to running the company, Adam still remains very hands on and is responsible for delivering all executive search and candidate research services, together with managing all key account activity.
He manages an industry-leading network, with dozens of client relationships that have continued to use his services for over a decade and hundreds of candidate relationships, many of whom have worked with him exclusively throughout his career.

Dan Walters
Lead Consultant
Dan is an experienced recruiter and the Lead Consultant of AR Resourcing, he joined the company as a Consultant in 2013 where his hard work and dedication has seen him progress to become an important and valued senior team leader.
Following his promotion to Lead Consultant in 2017, Dan is responsible for running and growing a national desk, accountable for managing the full cradle to grave recruitment process, together with proactively introducing high calibre candidates to his client network.
He has successfully recruited from Assistant through to Senior Manager across the procurement and commercial job functions, where he’s supported single assignments and multiple hire campaigns.
He manages an exceptional procurement network, with dozens of client relationships that continue to use his services and hundreds of candidate relationships, many of whom have worked with him exclusively throughout his career.
In addition to supporting his client’s recruitment activities, Dan also works closely with his candidate network, offering a variety of support, including CV Writing Advice, Interview Coaching & Preparation, and Offer & Resignation Management.
