Quantity Surveyors

A high profile regulated global utilities plc is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to deliver the commercial requirements for regional CAPEX projects, you will:

• Assist pre contract teams with cost estimates for new regional projects and frameworks.
• Assist post contract commercial management for live regional projects and frameworks.
• Assist the negotiating, appointment, and management of subcontractors.
• Assist the negotiation of change events, extension of time claims and preparation of final accounts.
• Assist with subcontractor payments and reporting.

A portfolio of regional utility framework projects ranging in value from £100k - £2.5m+.

You will be managing a portfolio of 15-20 at any one time, where you will be expected to visit larger sites on occasion.

Projects will be located in the North East region between Leeds and Newcastle.
