A top 10 contractor is looking for a Subcontract Buyer to join their team in Brighton. The main objective of the role will be to support a Quantity Surveyor with subcontract procurement for utiities projects.

You'll be supporting on one of the largest water frameworks in the UK, gaining invaluable utilities knowledge and working with a high calibre procurement team.
Looking after subcontract packages valued between £10k to £13m.
Part of a strong regional procurement team who manage a project worth over £1 billion across the next 7 - 10 years.
Our client is ideally looking for candidates with 1+ years subcontract experience, but are also open to seeing candidates with 3+ years' material procurement experience as full subcontract training can be provided.
You'll have experience of working on projects across either construction or civil engineering.
Experience with NEC is desirable but not essential
