Responsible for managing a variety of FM and construction based projects across the UK
Working with senior manager & director level stakeholders across the company to deliver the FM and construction procurement strategy
Minimum of 5 year’s combined operational & strategy procurement experience for a main construction contractor or any large FM services company
Strong negotiation, supplier management and communication skills
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at senior
manager / director level
JCT contract experience would beneficial
