A Leading Infrastructure Contractor is looking for a Procurement Manager to join their team in Plymouth.
The main objective of the role is to lead the subcontract procurement requirements for a major £1bn+ infrastructure redevelopment project.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a top 10 main contractor and work on a one of the largest infrastructure redevelopment projects currently being delivered in the South West, valued at over £1bn.
As part of a leading procurement function you will be delivering significant results for the client, whilst also gaining strong exposure across the wider business.
Our client has a 10-15 year strategy to manage a portfolio of major projects in the region meaning this is ideal for local candidates who are currently travelling further afield, subsistence is also available for candidates who are not locally based.
Delivering the strategic procurement requirements for a £1bn+ major infrastructure redevelopment project.
The project comprises of mainly heavy civils, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation, together with the construction of new buildings.
The project is split down into 14 work streams with a total of 65 subcontract packages still left to be procured over the course of the next 5 years.
Our client is looking for experienced procurement professionals with a minimum of 5 years' subcontract procurement experience working for a main contractor.
You will ideally have experience of delivering major infrastructure projects, however our client is happy to speak to people with experience of delivering major projects across the wider construction industries.
You must have strong demonstrable experience of delivering end-to-end subcontract procurement.
You must have experience of NEC 3 or 4 contracts, any nuclear experience is beneficial however not essential.
