A leading public sector organisation is looking for a Director of Frameworks to join their team based in the East Midlands.
The main objective of the role is to lead a large national team, developing and delivering the annual business plan to ensure company objectives are achieved.

Highly visible role, where you will be continuously interfacing with Senior Directors and Board Members from over 20 of the UK's largest Construction and Infrastructure Contractors, and Consultancies.
You will deliver the current year's business plan to achieve projected turnover targets, whilst also creating future years business plans to incorporate the growth of the business over the next 3-5 years.
Accountable for the successful re-tender and delivery of 5 separate frameworks, all running for 4 years, ensuring the multi-billion-pound framework capacity is maximised.
Lead and develop a large national team of over 30 framework management and business development personnel, including 5 direct reports.
Work collaboratively with the Procurement Director to shape new frameworks and run the tender processes, driving framework volume and value.
Our client is looking for experienced procurement or commercial leader, currently operating at a Director or Head of Function with significant experience in the Built Environment or Regulated Authority arenas.
15+ years' experience working for a Tier 1 Contractor or Consultancy within the Built Environment arena. Our client is also keen to speak to people with a similar period of time working for a Client in the Regulated Authority space with major capital projects experience working with Tier 1 Contractors.
Minimum of 10 years' experience of leading and developing large procurement or commercial teams of 20 or more.
You will have experience operating at Board or SLT Level at a Tier 1 Contractor or Consultancy within the Built Environment arena, or similarly the Regulated Authority sector.
You will possess a demonstrable track record of responsibility and accountability for business financial performance including margin and margin enhancement targets across a function or business unit.
