Senior Quantity Surveyor (Interim)

A leading infrastructure contractor is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to deliver the commercial requirements of a major highways project, you will:

• Negotiate and manage the end-to-end subcontract procurement process.
• Manage the tendering process and awarding of NEC contracts across a portfolio of major packages.
• Incentivise subcontractors to achieve project goals.
• Manage change variations and payment requests.

A major £100m+ highways project based in the Midlands.

This is part of the Regional Development Programme (RDP) for National Highways.

Our client is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor with strong highways project experience.

Experience of National Highways RDP frameworks would be beneficial. You will also be experienced in negotiating and managing NEC3 or NEC4 contracts.

Due to the need for someone to start in the role, the client is looking for individuals who would be able to start in the position within a month of offer.
