A high profile global FTSE manufacturer is looking to recruit a Demand Manager.
The main objective of the role is to lead the global demand management team and processes.
Key duties will include:
You will be working for a market leading global FTSE manufacturer, who are on a huge growth agenda.
You will be working in a highly visible role, interfacing weekly with Managing Directors and functional leaders.
Short term, you will grow your team, adding 3-4 Demand Planners / Analysts as new hires.
Longer term, this job offers clear career progression to Global Planning Leader, this is newly created role they are looking to introduce to manage all global supply planning and demand planning.
Supporting a market leading global product manufacturer who supply to a wide variety of markets, including automotive, aerospace, energy, medical, electronics and industrial.
You will be the most senior demand manager, leading global demand for a FTSE manufacturer.
Exposure to a wide variety of senior level stakeholders across the company.
Part of the supply chain leadership team.
Successfully operated for many years as a Demand Manager, working for large complex manufacturers.
Proven ability of presenting complex information to senior stakeholders.
Demonstrable experience of using strategic forecasting tools.
Demonstrable experience of using Integrated Business Planning (IBP) or Sales & Operational Planning (S&OP) processes.
Must be a detailed person, with strong analytical skills.
Must have energy, can do attitude, with presence, and gravitas.
Degree qualified (desirable).
