Responsible for the delivering the duties associated with concluding the works for a major infrastructure upgrade framework.
You will visit project sites, meet with the client and negotiate the final points of contracts.
You must be confident in managing NEC forms of contract, and be able to apply the relevant Schedule of Rates.
Our client is looking for experienced Quantity Surveyors who are looking for either a freelance move or a short term contract prior to their next permanent career move.
Minimum of 3 years' commercial experience delivering civil engineering or groundworks projects.
You will have demonstrable experience of managing NEC contracts and Bill of Quantity options associated with these.
