Operations Coordinator

A leading infrastructure contractor is looking to recruit an Operations Coordinator based from their Warrington office.

The main objective of the role is to coordinate site teams to ensure they have appropriate levels of labour, training, fleet to meet project requirements.

Key duties will include:

• Supporting across all northern region framework projects and reactive works.
• Liaising with senior operational stakeholders to understand current and future project requirements.
• Working with internal resourcing teams and labour agencies to ensure projects are efficiently resourced.
• Leading proactive planning for key trades to secure operatives for future project requirements.

Responsible for coordinating site teams to ensure they meet project requirements.

Supporting approximately 100 live trade operative jobs across the region.

Minimum of 2 years' coordination experience for any medium to large company.

Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at senior manager level.
