The main objective of the role is to lead the work winning and delivery of a large regional construction project, for a high profile public sector organisation.

Delivering a major construction framework for a high profile public sector organisation worth £1bn+ over the next 5 years.
Individual project values ranging from £25m-£100m with various sites across Central London.
You will be delivering the framework end-to-end, from initial work winning through to delivery and final accounts.
Our client is looking for experienced commercial professionals ready for a new challenge. Ideally you will currently be working as a Senior Commercial Manager, or as an experienced Commercial Manager who is looking for career progression.
You will have a minimum of 10 years experience delivering the commercial requirements for projects and frameworks in a main contractor environment.
You will have a minimum of 3 years leadership experience developing commercial project strategies and leading and small to medium sized commercial teams.
Must have a demonstrable track record of seeing projects through the full lifecycle from work winning, mobilisation, project delivery and financial close out.
