Category Manager

A leading business services is looking for a category manager to help manage a portfolio of professional services categories, you will:

• Manage the end-to-end category management process for a range of professional services.
• Develop and maintain continuous engagement with key suppliers and members
• Provide management and direction to a small buying team.
• Manage internal stakeholder procurement requirements.

Manage a range of fire safety and consultancy service frameworks.

Our client is looking for candidates with 6+ years procurement experience.

Ideally you will have strong construction procurement experience, with working knowledge of JCT / NEC contracts.

Should they struggle to identify the above candidate profile, they would be open to meeting category managers from the public sector with 6+ years strategic procurement experience, delivering category plans across a range of construction or professional services categories.
