A leading construction contractor is looking for a buyer to help deliver regional residential and commercial projects across the south east;

• Procure material packages for regional construction projects
• Meet with site teams and deliver their buying requirements
• Manage the supply chain, resolving invoice, price, and delivery queries
• Ensure savings, rebates and compliance are achieved in line with the business strategy

Responsible for managing high value material packages

Working on 3-4 high profile residential and regeneration schemes in London

Minimum of 2+ year’s material procurement experience for a main
contractor

Must have project procurement experience from any built environment

Strong negotiation, supplier management and communication skills
