Assistant Quantity Surveyor

A leading regulated infrastructure contractor is looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to deliver the commercial requirements of REPEX projects, you will:

• Assisting SQS in negotiation and agreement of prices, change events, extension of time claims, and final accounts.
• Assisting with pre and post commercial administration and management.
• Supporting the SQS with contractor relationship management.
• Managing the preparation of internal commercial reporting.

A portfolio of regional utility framework projects ranging in value from £500k - £10m.

Projects will be located in the North East region between Leeds and Newcastle.

Our client is looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor with 12+ months experience working in a project environment within any industry.

They are also interested in seeing Trainee Quantity Surveyors and Commercial Assistants looking to make a step up into a more senior role.
