A leading regulated infrastructure contractor is looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor.
The main objective of the role is to support a Senior Quantity Surveyor with the delivery of the commercial requirements for a £20m site upgrade project.

This newly created role to assist the Senior Quantity Surveyor on a £20m site upgrade project is expected to naturally transition into a Quantity Surveyor position over time, managing a portfolio of projects of your own.

The project covers both Capex and Opex works.
Supporting with the management of subcontractors, as well as internal and external stakeholders.
Minimum of 1 years' commercial experience across any construction or civil engineering related industry.
You will currently be working as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Assistant and be interested in a role that offers a strong development and progression pathway.
You will have a proven ability to interact with, build, and maintain relationships with subcontractors and stakeholders.
