About the Job

Reason for vacancy
  • This newly created job was required to support the management of central contracts.
Key responsibilities
  • Produce updated versions of contract agreements across all live frameworks.
Prospective candidate pool
  • Senior Quantity Surveyors with strong construction project experience from any medium to large main contractor, who can commute weekly to Nottingham.
Candidate experience
  • Strong understanding of JCT or NEC, together with solid contract negotiation and drafting experience.
Particular challenge
  • Finding candidates with the right level of contract negotiation and drafting experience, who were happy to specialise in this area.
