Senior Quantity Surveyor

A leading house builder is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to deliver the commercial requirements for a portfolio of regional developments, you will:

• Lead the commercial requirements across a portfolio of developments in the region
• Lead a small commercial team
• Negotiate and manage subcontractor agreements
• Manage cost reporting, forecasts and final accounts
• Manage change variations and payment requests
• Ensure all commercial / H&S policies and procedures are adhered to

Reporting into the Head of Commercial you will be managing a portfolio of developments from the East Midlands down to the Northern Home Counties.

Development sizes vary from 100 to 500 plots and contain a mixture of homes and flats.

Our client is looking for senior quantity surveyor from any medium to large house builder… they are also open to looking at quantity surveyors with at least 5 years experience who are looking for progression.

You will ideally be working for a leading house builder or have worked for one within the last few years.

You will have some experience of managing small commercial teams.
