A leading infrastructure contractor is looking for a Senior Buyer and Procurement Manager to develop and deliver a project procurement strategy for a major rail project, you will:

You will be managing a wide variety of subcontract packages for a major rail project in the South.
You will be running end to end subcontract procurement across a wide variety of civil engineering related packages, ranging from £1m - £30m+.
Our client is looking for Procurement Managers with 5+ years, or Senior Buyers with 3+ years, subcontract procurement experience from any main contractor.
You will have strong end to end subcontract procurement experience, with a track record of creating project procurement strategies.
You will have delivered projects across infrastructure, construction or MEP for any reputable contractor.
Demonstrable track record of achievements from previous jobs
Strong negotiation, supplier management and communication skills
Relevant degree or CIPS is desirable
