A Leading Regulated Industry Organisation is looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. The main objective of the role is to ensure value for money is achieved alongside contractual compliance across a portfolio of assigned projects.

This is a highly visible role, where you will be continuously interfacing with senior stakeholders from a variety of contractors, infrastructure regulators and cost consultancies.
You will be working for a stable, well funded regulated industry organisation who have a pipeline of work well into the 2030s.
Managing a portfolio of major infrastructure framework projects throughout the south east.
Leading both project delivery and new tender award recommendations.
You will be setting commercial strategies for projects, and managing complex change events through to successful agreement.
You'll have at least 5 years experience working in the public sector / regulated industry or for a construction contractor or cost consultancy, with experience of delivering construction or infrastructure projects.
You'll have many years experience commercially managing IChemE or NEC contracts, with a strong understanding of managing contract risks and disputes.
You’ll be working as a Project Quantity Surveyor or as a Quantity Surveyor looking for progression, with experience of setting commercial strategies for projects.
