Procurement Manager

A Leading Infrastructure Contractor is looking for a Procurement Manager to implement a procurement strategy for a high profile project, you will:

• Implement the project procurement strategy for the business.
• Define, develop and implement the subcontractor procurement strategy.
• Lead end to end tendering for major subcontract packages.
• Build close working relationships with commercial and operational teams.
• Ensure project cost savings, rebates and compliance targets are achieved.

Responsible for defining, developing and implementing the subcontractor procurement strategy.

Working on major £11 billion civils project, dealing with high value subcontract packages from end to end.

Demonstrable track record of successfully delivering a major Infrastructure procurement project.

Minimum of 5+ year’s strategy procurement experience for a main contractor.

Must have recent experience of procuring infrastructure subcontract packages, failing that any construction or MEP subcontract packages.
