Delivering a portfolio of highway maintenance services as part of a Term Maintenance Contract for a Local County Council.
All projects are delivered under NEC 3 contracts.
Our client is looking for Assistant Quantity Surveyors or Quantity Surveyors with 2+ years of experience delivering infrastructure projects or frameworks.
Must have experience in highways, utilities, rail or FM projects across the infrastructure sector
Some experience operating in a high-volume, low-value framework or multi-project environment.
Must have some experience in drafting NEC contracts, pulling together the scopes, schedules and presenting for approval.
