A Leading Regulated Industry Organisation is looking for a Senior Commercial Manager and a Commercial Manager to join their major capital project team based in West London.
The main objective of the role is to deliver the commercial assurance strategy for a major infrastructure framework.

This is a highly visible role, where you will be continuously interfacing with senior stakeholders from a variety of contractors, infrastructure regulators and cost consultancies.
You will be working for a stable, well funded regulated industry organisation who have a pipeline of work well into the 2030s.
Managing a major infrastructure framework based in the south east, worth many billions.
Lead and develop a medium to large commercial team of up to 10-50 surveying professionals.
Ensuring the team is challenging and agreeing project tenders, and managing change / time extensions, together with ensuring that payments are made on time and in accordance with the contract.
You'll have at least 8 years experience working in the public sector / regulated industry or for a construction contractor or cost consultancy, with experience of delivering infrastructure projects.
You'll have many years experience commercially managing NEC or similar contracts, with a strong understanding of managing contract risks and disputes.
You’ll be working as a Senior / Commercial Manager, or an experienced Managing Quantity Surveyor looking for progression, with strong experience of managing medium to large commercial teams.
The Senior Commercial Manager must have precontract experience and will be operating in a senior business leadership role.
