A Leading Building Services Contractor is looking for a Procurement Manager & Senior Buyer to deliver a number of client contracts across the Midlands and South East.
The main objective of the role is to develop and implement the project procurement strategies for a portfolio of hard and soft facilities management contracts.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a top 10 national FM contractor and solely manage a portfolio of high profile long-term healthcare contracts for the business.
In this standalone role you will own all healthcare contracts nationally. As such, you will have the autonomy to create the procurement strategy for each contract and deliver these strategies end-to-end.
This role will allow you to gain strong exposure across the wider business unit through interfacing with senior manager level stakeholders.
Responsible for the management and delivery of a portfolio of FM & MEP contracts across various client estates nationally.
Individual contracts range in value from £5m-£50m and are based across the Midlands, Cambridgeshire, and Greater London.
You will manage a wide selection of clients nationally, developing and managing strong relationships with them.
Our client is looking for Procurement Managers or Senior Buyers who are looking for career progression.
You will have a minimum of 5 years' strategic procurement experience managing FM or MEP categories of spend.
You will have strong demonstrable strategic procurement experience, including end-to-end tendering with subcontractors and material suppliers.
You will have strong experience of engaging with senior manager level stakeholders across operational teams.
