The main objective of the role is to support the delivery of commercial and contract management services to a leading utilities client in the region.

Providing commercial expertise to a leading regulated utilities client who are currently delivering a major infrastructure upgrade project in Reading.
Projects include utilities infrastructure upgrade works, general civil engineering works, and elements of new build construction works.
You will be embedded within the client team, focusing on providing pre and post management of NEC contracts including delivering the full scope of change activities.
Our client is looking for Quantity Surveyors looking for a career move. They are also keen to speak with experienced Assistant Quantity Surveyors looking for career progression.
You will have experience of delivering NEC contracts, and in particular of managing early warnings, compensation events and defects for live projects.
Must have client facing experience with the ability to offer advice and guidance to stakeholders on commercial matters.
Relevant quantity surveying or commercial management degree.
