Senior Quantity Surveyor

A Leading Infrastructure Contractor is looking for Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team to be based on a major utilities framework.

The main objective of this role is to procure and manage subcontractors through from agreement of terms and conditions to final account.

You will also be:

• Delivering a portfolio of infrastructure upgrade works as part of a major regional water framework.
• Managing and mentoring Quantity Surveyors and other junior members of the commercial team.
• Working closely with the operational teams.
• Managing change with both the client and subcontractors, throughout the Early Warning and Variation processes.
• Producing and supporting the production of CVRs, applications for payment, and Cost Forecasts.

As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the full end to end design to construction of a huge utilities scheme.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will manage a high profile utlities scheme as part of a major framework worth over £250m.

You will be managing and mentoring a small team of Quantity surveyors and graduate Quantity Surveyors.

You will have 5+ year Quantity Surveying experience for a main contractor.

Our client is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor who have experience of managing multiple high value packages at any one time. They would also be open to an experience Quantity Surveyor who is looking for career progression into that Senior Quantity Surveyor role.

Any experience managing NEC contracts would be beneficial.
