The main objective of the role is to deliver the day-to-day commercial requirements for regional new build construction projects.

Managing the end-to-end delivery of a £15m+ new build construction project.
Upon completion of this project, the role will progress onto managing a portfolio of further construction projects within the region.
The role will involve line management responsibilities, meaning it is a great opportunity to develop mentoring skills which will aid future progression opportunities.

Minimum of 7+ years' experience delivering the commercial requirements for construction projects.
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Demonstrable track record of successfully delivering construction projects of £10m+.
Relevant Quantity Surveying degree.
