Senior Procurement Manager

A leading construction contractor is looking for a Senior Procurement Manager to deliver a national procurement strategy for their MEP business unit, you will:

• Set and deploy a national procurement strategy for the MEP business unit
• Manage and further develop a medium sized procurement team
• Lead various strategic procurement and supply chain management initiatives
• Manage internal stakeholder requirements up to board level
• Support with subcontract procurement for high profile packages

Managing a national portfolio of MEP contracts for private and public sector clients.

You will also manage national category agreements across subcontractors, suppliers, manufactures and distributors.

Our client is looking for candidates with 5+ years MEP procurement experience.

You will currently be working as a Senior Procurement Manager or experienced Procurement Manager for an MEP or main contractor.

You will have a track record or successfully delivering MEP project procurement strategies together with managing small to medium operational buying teams.
