Responsible for working with sub-contractors and suppliers that have high value spend or pose high importance to the business.

Our client is looking for candidates with 4-5 years strategic procurement experience.
You will currently be working as a senior buyer or category specialist for a medium to large infrastructure contractor or regulated organisation working on construction or infrastructure projects.
Ideally you will have strong subcontract procurement understanding and / or substation category experience and have led or assisted with category plans in your current or past roles.
Should they struggle to identify the above candidate profile, they would be open to meeting Procurement Specialists with 4+ years civils materials procurement experience, again for a reputable main contractor.
