Commercial Manager

A leading infrastructure contractor is looking for a Commercial Manager to financially manage multiyear civil framework projects, you will:

• Commercially manage projects from inception, tendering, agreeing contracts, through to commercial delivery
• Manage the preparation of target costs and support tender reviews
• Manage the preparation of the monthly CVR and associated commercial reports
• Manages commercial aspects with subcontractors and the client

Managing a regional portfolio of road and highway framework projects for Local Authorities and County Councils.

You will be supporting the commercial function to deliver multiyear capital and maintenance frameworks worth over £100m.

Our client is looking for candidates with 5+ years commercial management experience, they will also consider an experience Managing / Senior QS who is looking for progression.

You will currently be working for a medium to large infrastructure contractor, with strong experience delivering civil engineering projects or frameworks.

You will also have a good understanding and have recently worked with NEC contracts.

Specific experience of highways or having MRICS is desirable however not essential.
