We are Recruiting

We want graduates or people of graduate calibre who are looking for a career in recruitment.

We offer a 24 month focused training programme that will build your recruitment and sales skills.

You will start your journey as either a Delivery Consultant supporting the team with resourcing duties for live jobs, or as a Business Development Executive, generating new business opportunities for the team to contact and convert.

You will receive weekly coaching and mentoring from the Managing Director, and every 6 months you’ll be provided clear goals to achieve, resulting in promotion and an increase to your basic salary and on target earning opportunities.

Delivery Consultant – York

Search the company database, LinkedIn and job boards for potentially suitable candidates
Conduct detailed telephone interviews and qualify against vacancy criteria
Present candidates to colleagues, explaining in detail how they fit the vacancy brief

Business Development Executive – York

Identify and pursue relevant Vacancy Chase and Backfill Chase leads
Send national candidate introduction eshots
Generate new business opportunities for the team to contact and convert
