Supply Chain Manager – Performance

A leading main contractor is looking for a Supply Chain Manager to drive supply chain performance on a major project, you will:

  • Monitor and manage supplier and subcontractor performance and assurance
  • Work with internal stakeholders to ensure supply chain performance is continuously assessed
  • Escalate issues with key supply chain partners that cannot be resolved by project teams
  • Deliver a range of supplier relationship management (SRM) and improvement plans
  • Support the Senior Supply Chain Manager with delivering strategic improvements

Project / Category Details

You will be managing a portfolio of suppliers and subcontractor for a major project based in the South East.

Candidate Requirements

Our client is looking for experienced supply chain or procurement professionals who have a track record of improving supplier or subcontractor performance.

They are open to Supply Chain Coordinators or Buyers with some transferable skills who would like to specialise in managing performance and assurance.

They are happy to look at candidates from any construction, infrastructure, m&e or fm contractor.
