A leading construction contractor is looking for a senior quantity surveyor to deliver the commercial requirements for various residential projects. You will:

  • Review project instructions and contractual terms.
  • Prepare subcontract enquiry list for approval.
  • Raise and agree variations, disputes, early warnings, extensions of time.
  • Identify risks and opportunities.
  • Negotiate and agree final accounts.
