Senior Quantity Surveyor & Quantity Surveyor

A leading infrastructure contractor is looking for two Quantity Surveyors to support the delivery of a National Highways framework project, you will:

• Provide commercial support across various sections of a large highways project
• Develop commercial strategies for the project
• Negotiate and manage subcontract agreements
• Maintain and maximise the profitability of assigned sections
• Manage subcontractor variations, payments and reporting

Supporting the delivery of a National Highways framework project based near to Warrington.

Our client is looking for quantity surveyors with 5-10+ years experience supporting civil engineering projects.

Quantity Surveyors will be considered with salary expectations up to £50,000, Senior QS’ will be considered with salary expectations up to £65,000 plus package.

You will be working for a reputable medium to large infrastructure contractor, ideally you’ll have previous highways experience, if not you will have experience managing heavy civil packages for rail or utilities projects.
