Responsible for a portfolio of MEP projects across Greater London, with MEP package values ranging from £10m up to £60m.
Delivering MEP works for a broad range of clients covering both the private and public sectors. Overall project values range from £50m up to £100m+.
You will lead small commercial teams on projects, aiding individuals development alongside carrying out day-to-day commercial duties.
Our client is looking for Senior Quantity Surveyors looking for a career move. They are also keen to see experienced Quantity Surveyors looking for career progression.
Minimum of 5+ years' commercial experience delivering MEP packages or projects within the construction or fit out sector.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, subcontractors and clients.
Relevant quantity surveying or commercial management degree.
