Senior Procurement Manager

A leading infrastructure contractor is looking for a Senior Procurement Manager to lead MEP subcontract procurement for a major rail project, you will:

• Develop and deliver a project procurement strategy for all MEP categories.
• Manage the tender process for MEP subcontract packages.
• Negotiate and procure high value MEP material and capital equipment packages.
• Deliver an effective procurement service to internal operational stakeholders.
• Ensure savings, rebates and compliance are achieved in line with project strategy.

Managing all mechanical, electrical and public health subcontract, major material and capital equipment packages for a major rail project based in London.

Our client is looking for experienced procurement managers who have at least 10 years MEP subcontract procurement experience for a reputable main construction or building services contractor.

Candidates will have strong MEP supply chain experience, with many existing relationships with leading subcontractors and material suppliers.
