Responsible for the delivery of a high-profile framework worth c.£100m each year to the company.
This high-volume, low-value style framework is delivering significant results to customers across the Greater London and Thames Valley regions.
You will be leading a team of 6 commercial staff, and providing them with mentorship to develop their commercial skillset and knowledge and progress their careers.
You will be interfacing with key senior stakeholders with both the client and internally, meaning you will have strong exposure across the business from the start of the role.
Our client is looking for Senior Commercial Managers looking for a career move. They are also keen to see experienced Commercial Managers looking for career progression.
Minimum of 7+ years' commercial management experience, delivering projects and/or frameworks within any utilities or wider infrastructure sector.
Experience of leading medium-sized commercial teams on projects or frameworks.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, subcontractors and clients.
Relevant quantity surveying or commercial management degree.
