Senior Category Buyer

A leading construction contractor is looking for a Senior Category Buyer to implement the category strategies for national construction projects, you will:

• Negotiating / renewing contracts with suppliers in line with procurement strategy.
• Management of supplier relationships to ensure metrics, governance, and actions are in place for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate and build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure strategies and objectives are being met.
• Analysis of current market trends in relation to categories to evaluate suppliers and identify areas for improvement.

General fit out and building envelope categories for national construction projects.

Our client is looking for experienced Senior Buyers and Buyers who have strong strategic procurement experience for a main contractor or large fitout and building envelope subcontractor.

They are also open to meeting operational Buyers who are keen to develop their strategic skillset. You must have experience working with general fitout or building envelope categories.
