Senior Buyer

A leading construction contractor is looking for a Senior Buyer to deliver the procurement strategy for a portfolio of construction projects, you will.

• Manage large value materials orders.
• Setup and manage category frameworks for key materials.
• Deliver various supply chain management initiatives across the region.
• Meet with operational teams and deliver their buying requirements.
• Ensure savings, rebates and compliance are achieved in line with project strategy.
• Support the Procurement Director with strategic improvements to the function.

A mixture of framework and project procurement to support a portfolio of construction projects.

Candidate Requirements

Our client is looking for a Senior Buyer or experienced Buyer who has strong building materials procurement experience from a construction contractor or subcontractor.

You will have at least 3 years operational procurement experience managing building projects.
