Senior Buyer (Interim)

A leading Business Services is looking for an interim Senior Buyer to support the Category Manager with large materials tenders and provide procurement guidance to internal stakeholders, duties will include:

– Supporting the Category Manager in developing a procurement strategy for the business

– Strategically managing a variety of materials and services 

– To design, implement and drive commercial, contract and supplier relationship management programs 

– Deliver tendering and other procurement processes in line with both departmental and category targets

Project / Category Details

Manage the materials and responsive maintenance procurement for a major social housing framework

Candidate Requirements

Our client is open to looking at an experience Senior Buyers who have OJEU or NEC experience from the Infrastructure or Public sector industries looking for a short 3 – 6 months contract
