Senior Buyer & Buyer

A leading main contractor is looking for a Senior Buyer and a Buyer to strategically manage a portfolio of direct contracts, you will:

• Implement category strategies across a portfolio of direct spend.
• Own a portfolio of categories.
• Run tenders and performance manage contracts.
• Work with project teams to ensure they successfully adopt new agreements, helping to solve operational challenges.
• Deliver various Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) initiatives with key supply chain partners.
• Establish strong relationships with key internal stakeholders.

Managing a portfolio of direct categories to support engineering and construction projects, category values range from £20m to £100m+ spend per year.
