Quantity Surveyor

A leading infrastructure contractor is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to provide commercial support across regional power projects and frameworks, you will:

• Run projects, while supporting Senior Quantity Surveyors on larger projects.
• Develop commercial strategies for projects.
• Negotiate and manage subcontract agreements.
• Maintain and maximise the profitability of assigned projects.
• Manage subcontractor variations, payments, and reporting.

Managing a wide selection of power projects across the North, this includes multi-year utilities frameworks and standalone projects with private clients.

Projects range across battery storage, water treatment, solar, overhead power, and substation upgrades.

Our client is looking for a Quantity Surveyor with experience of managing high and/or low voltage power projects.

Ideally you will have experience of managing utility projects, our client is also happy to look at candidates from rail or M&E fitout industries.

As our client is also interested in seeing an experienced Assistant Quantity Surveyor who has experience in running their own projects.
