Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager – Contract Specialist

A leading public sector organisation is looking for a Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management professional to produce updated versions of contract agreements, you will:

  • Produce updated versions of framework contract agreements
  • Bring together variations and uplifts from procurement and commercial teams
  • Produce presentable contractual documents for the board to sign off
  • Manage all version controls, storing and archiving of new contract agreements

Project / Category Details

You will be preparing and updating up to 30 contracts annually, contracts cover a wide range of national construction, civil engineering, and consultancy agreements.

Candidate Requirements

The client is looking for a quantity surveying or commercial management professional with strong experience of preparing and amending contract documents.

They are open to seeing candidates from construction, infrastructure or consulting and they are happy with any form of contract experience (NEC or JCT).

You will have experience of producing very presentable, contractual documents for senior stakeholders.

You must be able to work to an agreed programme, interfacing and chasing with others for relevant information.
