Project Quantity Surveyor

A leading M&E contractor is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to provide support to the facilities projects division, you will:

• Manage projects ranging in value from approximately £100k - £1m.
• Support the Project Managers across the business for mechanical and electrical projects.
• Subcontract procurement.
• Manage reporting, and CVRs.

Managing a portfolio of mechanical & electrical projects in a high pace, high volume environment.

Our client is looking for a Quantity Surveyor or an experienced Assistant Quantity Surveyor who has experience in running their own projects.

As our client offers a range of specialist services, they are open to seeing Quantity Surveyors across a range of industries as full project training will be provided. Ideally candidates will have project experience in mechanical and electrical fitout, building services, commercial or infrastructure.
