Procurement Managers

A leading infrastructure contractor is looking for a Senior Procurement Manager and a Procurement Manager to lead civil engineering subcontract procurement for a major rail project, you will:

• Develop and deliver a project procurement strategy for a portfolio of civil engineering packages
• Create procurement plans and engage with the supply chain to build up the target cost
• Lead the tending for major subcontract packages
• Negotiate and procure high value materials and capital equipment packages
• Deliver an effective procurement service to internal operational and engineering stakeholders
• Ensure savings, rebates and compliance are achieved in line with project strategy

For the Senior Procurement Manager role our client is looking for 10+ years subcontract procurement experience from a reputable main contractor, managing large infrastructure projects.

You will have strong NEC contract negotiation experience, with salary expectations between £80,000 to £90,000 plus package

For the Procurement Manager role our client is looking for 2+ years subcontract procurement experience from a reputable main contractor, managing infrastructure or construction projects.

You will have NEC or JCT contract negotiation experience, with salary expectations between £65,000 to £75,000 plus package
