Procurement Managers – FM & Capital Works

A leading facilities management contractor is looking for two Procurement Managers to support various FM and Capital Works contracts across Midlands and the South East, you will:

  • Develop and deliver the project procurement strategy for regional FM contracts
  • Successfully procure relevant hard and soft facilities services and capital works
  • Negotiation and management of subcontractors across live contracts
  • Setting up large capital equipment agreements and material frameworks
  • Ensure stakeholders are following procurement strategies and policies
  • Achieve cost reduction and contract profitability targets

Project / Category Details

FM contracts includes all hard and soft facilities management across various commercial or public sector buildings.

Capital Works PFI contracts includes new build and refurbishments of hospitals

Candidate Requirements

Our client is looking for candidates with 3+ years subcontract procurement experience.

You will currently be working as a Procurement Manager or experience Senior Buyer for a large FM, MEP or Construction Contractor.

You will have end to end subcontract procurement experience, supporting commercial and operational teams, with a track record of delivering cost savings for projects.
