Procurement Managers

A leading facilities management contractor is looking for a Senior Procurement Manager and Procurement Manager to support various facilities management contracts across the Midlands and the South East, you will:

• Develop and deliver the project procurement strategy for regional FM contracts
• Successfully procure relevant hard and soft facilities services and capital works
• Negotiation and management of subcontractors across live contracts
• Category Management of subcontractor services and material suppliers
• Lead a small buying teams across the various contracts (Senior only)
• Ensure stakeholders are following procurement strategies and policies
• Achieve cost reduction and contract profitability targets

Youi will be managing hard and soft facilities management, and capital works across various public sector clients estates.

All contracts are based across the Midlands and South East.

Our client is looking for candidates with 5+ years facilities management or MEP procurement experience, managing material suppliers and subcontractors.

You will currently be working as a Senior Procurement Manager or Procurement Manager for any facilities management or MEP contractor.

For the Procurement Manager role, the client will also consider experienced Senior Buyers who are looking for progression with strong FM / MEP experience.

Candidates must have strong strategic procurement experience, with strong stakeholder management at senior manager level, together with a track record of delivering significant cost savings.
