Procurement Manager – FM

A leading facilities management contractor is looking for a Procurement Manager to support various FM contracts across London and the South East, you will:

  • Develop and deliver the project procurement strategy for 2-3 live FM contracts.
  • Successfully procure relevant hard and soft facilities services.
  • Negotiation and management of contracts with subcontractors and material suppliers.
  • Ensure stakeholders are following procurement strategies and policies.
  • Achieve cost reduction and contract profitability targets.

Project / Category Details

You’ll be assigned 2-3 FM contract to manage cradle to grave, contracts are all hard and soft facilities management across various commercial, hospitals, schools, residential or public sector buildings.

Candidate Requirements

Our client is looking for Procurement Managers or experienced Senior Buyers who are looking for career progression with a top 10 FM contractor.

Ideally, you’ll have strong hard and / or soft facilities management experience for any FM Contractor or good subcontract procurement experience from any construction contractor.

They are also happy to consider good FM procurement professionals from any large complex company from any industry.

Ideally you will be fully qualified or at least working towards MCIPS.
