Procurement Consultant – Public Sector OJEU

A leading cost consultancy are looking for experienced procurement professionals who can support their public sector clients to implement best practice procurement, you will:

  • Manage the full procurement process and supply chain integration for assigned categories
  • Run end to end OJEU tenders across a wide variety of products and services
  • Advise on the full procurement lifecycle from prequal, drafting, evaluation, negotiation, and award of tenders
  • Support with creating procurement category strategies

Project / Category Details

You will be assigned a selection of products and / or services that a public sector organisation requires you to manage, this could include direct or indirect categories.

Candidate Requirements

Our client is looking for experienced procurement professionals who have strong experience of running end to end OJEU tenders for any public sector organisation.

They are open to looking at a wide range of experience from Buyer to Procurement Manager as long as you can demonstrate a successful track record of running OJEU tenders.

You will have reasonable knowledge of contract law and you will be a strong communicator who can offer advice and guidance in this consultancy role.

Any previous consultancy experience or working towards MCIPS would be beneficial however not essential.
