Procurement Administrator

A leading construction contractor is looking for a Procurement Administrator to support a companywide digital transformation programme, you will:

• Support the Senior Supply Chain Manager and digital transformation project teams to deliver various ERP system changes
• Ensure approved suppliers have provided required pre-qualification information
• Review and update supplier information on the company ERP system
• Migrate undated data across various systems ensuring all business have up to date supplier information
• Support the development of processes to avoid been future data challenges

Projects vary across building and infrastructure sectors nationally, to successfully deliver their projects they have many thousands of live suppliers, subcontractors, distributors, and manufacturers.

Following the implementation of their new ERP system and the consolidation of many other systems, this role is required to ensure they have an accurate supply chain that the business can use moving forward.

Our client is looking for candidates with 2-3+ years buying or supply chain management experience from any industry.

You will have experience working for a large complex company, in a role that requires good experience of using ERP systems and excel spreadsheets.

Procurement Administrators and Assistant Buyers will likely be the closest fit to this role, however they client is also happy to meet with Buyers and Supply Chain Coordinators who are happy to operate in a predominantly data management / cleansing role.
