Framework Manager

A leading public sector organisation is looking for a Framework Manager to support the operational delivery of national projects for a major civil engineering framework, you will:

• Manage day to day questions from clients and framework partners
• Proactively manage the compliance and performance of framework partners
• Ensure adherence to procedures and achievement of performance targets
• Manage various supplier relationship improvement initiatives
• Support clients work winning activities across regional projects

Managing compliance and performance of national civil engineering projects.

Managing and further developing relationships with operational and commercial stakeholders from a top 10 contractor who have been appointed on a 4+2 year framework.

Frameworks include a wide selection of civil engineering, highways and public realm projects for many different public sector organisations.

You will have at least 3 years’ subcontract procurement experience working for a leading contractor or cost consultancy.

You’ll be currently working as a Senior Buyer or Quantity Surveyor with exceptional supplier relationship management skills. They are also interested in seeing experienced Buyers and Assistant Quantity Surveyors looking for career progression.
